How to write a Short leave request?
I am requesting a Short leave of absence from 2.30pm to 6pm (December 11, 2010) for the following reason. My physician
has recommended me rest. I am suffering from fever, flow, cough and headache. So please grant me leave.
I will come back to work as I recover my sickness. I will thank full to you if you give a favour. This is my humble Request to you kindly accept my request.
