how to write a response to a complain on bad service for a restaurant?
Hi,
I'm supposed to write a reply to a complaint on the bads service of a restaurant. The customer complained that the waiter spill water on her a few times and the waitress that took over was very rude. Also, they waited very long before their food arrived. What would be the correct way to address this problem??
P.S: This is an exercise for my university module and not a real situation, but thanks for the help, I really need it!!
