How to write a letter in this condition？
I just received a letter from a business partner, the content like this:
Dear Mr. NY
Hi, I am Robert Matari from PT corporation in Indonesia. The reason I am calling is to inform you that three persons from our company (including myself) are requesting to visit your factory from 11 January 2011. We are planning to visit for three days and leave on 14 January. We will provide you with our visitation plan soon.
We hope you will be available on these dates, so please provide your comment on the timing of our visit.

I reply him as below
"
Dear Robert Matari:
Your plan is OK, we will be available when you coming, and we would like to know the content which you'd like to see. Looking forward to seeing you then.

The idea which I want to claim is very simple, but I can not guarantee there is no grammer mistakes in my letter, hence can anyone check it for me, please?
