i'm actually on writing a congraulate letter and the first things you need to think about is.. how would you like to be congragulated, what would you want the writer to say and what things they would/wouldn't react to .just don't use any words that they wouldn't be aware of and try to keep it informing but simple .........

Before sending out any letter/note, please use spell check! Note the correct spelling of congratulations and congratulate.
