How to use...to be+of+verb

Hello teachers and all,
I am looking for the grammar rule/model (and its name ) in English for making up sentences with 'being OF assistance' or 'to be OF interest' (to be OF+verb1)

Example:
If I may be of any assistance during Mr. Jones' absence, please do not hesitate to call.
