How to use 'will be' + to ? And how is it different from 'will be going'

I watched an English video wherein the teacher taught to use 'will be +to' sentence, how is it different from will be going to ?


'I will be to go to office next week' & 'I will be going to office next week' what is the difference? Please provide more information on usage of 'will be'+ to.
