Dear native english speakers,
what is correct? "It smells of luch." or is it better to say "It smells like lunch." ?
Is there a difference between british and us english?
Somebody told me that the British say "it smells of something" while the Americans say "it smells like something".
What is corect?
Many thanks for your reply!
