I fond the following sentence in a movie. Though this is a simple sentence, I cannot understand why they just use "the wrong way" without any prepositions before that. I mean, I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know whey they haven't used "in the wrong way" instead of just "the wrong way".
Perhaps I've been selfish, looking at this the wrong way. (why not in the wrong way)
