How to use "shall" ?

Hello

According to english grammar we use will with (he, she, it, they, you) and shall with (I, we) but when i watch movies i see no one use shall with (I, we) instead of it sometimes they use shall with you.

Like

You shall come with me.


I just want to know that how can i use shall.
