How to use reconsider, think twice, etc.

A: I am not going to Vegas.
B: Why?
A: I decided my mind.
B: Please reconsider./rethink./think twice./have a second thought./

In order to convince him to go to Vegas, I would like to say something like "think again and change your mind".

"Please reconsider" is correct English, but it sounds rather terse in that conversational situation. You could say "Can't I persuade you to reconsider / change your mind?".

"I decided my mind" is not right. "I / I've made up my mind" is correct, but it is hardly an answer to "Why?".
