How to use "time" as the subject of a sentence?

Hi Everyone!

I am wondering how to use "time" as the subject of a sentence. For example, can I say:

"2:30PM, this Friday afternoon, November 16 is good for me".

I was about to confirm an appointment, but worried about the "time" expression in the above sentence, especially the ordering of each piece(time, date, etc).

Thanks a lot for your kind guidance!

Hi Stone

It is better to begin a sentence with a word rather than numbers. I'd suggest this:
"This Friday, November 16, at 2:30 p.m. is/would be good for me."
