How to use "Add to that"?

How to analyze the grammer structure of the following sentence? "Add" is a verb here, but what is the subject of "Add"?
--"Add to that the Sargasso Sea which lies smack
dab in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and what have you got?"

Hi Guest, This is an imperative (command) sentence, so the subject of 'add' is the understood 'you'. Just like a recipe: Slice three tomatoes. Add one beaten egg in a sauce pan.
