How to use Question Mark?

May I ask which one is correct:
1. What time will you be there? So I can pick you up from there.
Or
2. What time will you be there so that I can pick you up from there?

So / so that -- pretty much equal. However, the sentence, while perfectly understood in casual conversation, is really quite incorrect. Tell me what time you will be there so I can pick you up.

However, the sentence, while perfectly understood in casual conversation, is really quite incorrect. Tell me what time you will be there so I can pick you up. (The so-clause doesn't logically follow a question.)
