How to use "outside"?

Hi,

can anyone tell me which of the following is correct?

A. Tom parks his car outside of my house.

or

B.Tom parks his car outside my house.

or

C.Tom parks his car outside from my house.

outside is the opposite of inside, and he's certainly not going to park his car inside your house, so I don't think I would say any of those things.

Tom parks his car [near / close to / beside / next to] my house.
