How to use "most"

Thank you for checking this.

If I want to say in general, which one is the best? Or can I use any of these expressions to express almost the same meaning?

1 Most of the people exercising outside are in good health.

2 Most people exercising outside are in good health.

3 Most people who exercise outside are in good health.

I think that if I use 1, there are two possibilities. The first one is that “the people exercising outside” are specific (maybe they are in front of me). The other is that “the people exercising outside” are considered as one group in general. If I consider it as one group here, I think I can say in general.

Considered in isolation, the three sentences mean different things. Littleshiro 1 Most of the people exercising outside are in good health. This means that you are inside, and there is a group of people outside right now exercising, most of whom are in good health.
