How to use inversion of second conditionals with third conditionals

Please someone tell me how can I talk about a past hypothetical result of a present hypothetical action that is less likely to happen. I think that I should mixed conditions. Therefore, I would be delighted if someone could let me know whether the following sentence is grammatically correct and natural.

It is not correct and consequently it cannot be natural.

This can't be done as far as I know. It has to be a past hypothetical result of a state that has existed since the time of that result and still exists. So it can't be the past result of a present action
