How to use "in turn"

Hello. I'm writing a query letter and I just realized that I may not be using proper punctuation in one of my sentences. This makes me wonder whether or not I should have written a book in the first place, but it's too late now! I pasted the problem below.

"Suddenly, Caroline is being questioned by government authorities and they seem very interested in her brother. She in turn finds herself questioning Michael, the one person she’s always trusted."

Should "in turn" be separated by commas? Why or why not? Thank you very much for your help!
