How to use "in spite of" and "due to" together

I've written following sentence using both "in spite of" and "due to". Even though I've use both expressions in numerous situations, this is the first time that I've ever use both together. Please someone let me know is there any mistakes with following sentence.

In other words, in spite of the sedentary and peaceful life that can be found in a village, due to the limited number of companies therein, it is virtually impossible to have an excellent career path in there.

Thanks.
