What are the correct sentences below and why is one wrong?
Did I write the above sentence correct? Or should it be: 'Which sentences are correct, and why are some of them wrong or correct?

If I want to ask a question then...
When I want to ask a question then...

You can easily be number one, if you work hard.
You can easly be number one, when you work hard.

One more question about did and have. What is the difference between the last two sentences?

Did I write the above sentence correct?
Have I writtten the above sentence correct?

In my opinion they have the same meaning. Can someone shed some light about my questions?

If I want to ask a question then...Means that I may want to ask a question, or I may not.
When I want to ask a question then... Means that I sometimes want to ask questions

In a context like this post, there is no real difference.

Just say 'Which sentences, if any, are incorrect, and why?

And should this sentence be split in two sentence?

And why are they, if any, wrong or correct? We usually don't start a sentence with 'and'.
'If any' makes no sense here, because it sounds like you want an explanation for every sentence you have written.

Why is 'ly' added? Because 'correctly' is an adverb, modifying the verb 'write'.
And why didn't you add -ly in the above sentence. Because 'correct' there is an adjective, describing the pronoun 'they'.

Does 'if not' sound natural? Yes.
But the overall meaning sounds odd. It sounds like you don't know who your family are.
