How to use few specific words while speaking and writing in english?

How and when to use the phrase "as to" while speaking in english?

We know that "women" and "men" are plural forms, then why some people use "womens" "mens"?

What is the difference between saying themselves and themselve? I've noticed few people using both the terms?

Lastly after a long wait I've found this forum where people are getting a lot of help regarding English grammar and vocabulary. Also can anyone tell me how to sign-up in this forum.
