Welcome to EnglishForward, Bhanu. Thank you for registering.

The helping verb "do, did" is followed by the base form of the main verb.

I do play tennis.
I did play tennis.
Do have another piece of pie.
Do you do your exercises every day?
I did do my exercises.

The helping verb "have, has, have" is followed by the past participle of the main verb.

Some person who is not very good at English grammar recently used that as a search phrase, and Google had it in its database of searches. There is a lot of very bad English on the internet.
