If you are still struggling with correct capitalization, it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence that you'll understand the answer to such a complicated question. Therefore, I'll keep it simple.

If you say,

I could do that.

you mean that you have the ability to do that. Maybe you will use that ability and really do it; maybe you will not use that ability and decide not to do it. But, supposing someone asked you to do it, or the right situation occurred, you would be able to do it.

If you say,

I would do that.

you mean that if the right situation occurred or if the right conditions applied, we would see you really do it.
