How to use correct conjuction in formal letter?

Dear all,

As my work lately, I have to make many letters. Sometimes I've getting confuse when I have to decide the right conjunction between one paragraph to others. Such as, Refering to your letter..., In conjuction with..., Related to..., I just knew a little so I feel like I'm always using the same conjuction over and over again. Could somebody helps me to share what others right conjuction for one paragraph to others in letter?

And how to end it?

I only know, such : "Thus this letter, for your time we would like to say thank you."

But it's kinda boring.

Help?

Thanks a bunch Emotion: smile

You are speaking more of what we call 'discourse connectors/markers' than what we usually think of as conjunctions ( and, but, although, because, etc). - - There are many such discourse connectors, and there is no single 'right one' for any particular paragraphs. uk/fac/soc/al/learning_english/leap/grammar/discourse /] THIS [/url].

No, 'thus this letter' is not a phrase I have seen in a business letter in this century. Furthermore, you have joined it to another sentence with no sense of syntax.

Live and learn, deasihotang. Your letters will be better next time.

(If you think yours is funny, you should see the series of English emails I have been correcting recently: they are between a Japanese construction company and an Italian supplier.)

No, those emails are unavailable. They are a part of my private contract work. 'You should see..' is an idiomatic expression only.
