How to use 'concern?'

Could somebody help me with this? It seems to me that I've seen both patterns, but I'd like to know whether both of these are acceptable.

A pattern) What concerns homemakers most is the rising prices of food.

Bpattern) What homemakers are concerned about most is the rising prices of food.
