How to use comma/apostrophe correctly?

For example, how would I write:

"Emma is named after two of her grandmother's, Jane Doe's, aunts."

In this sentence, Emma's grandmother is Jane Doe. And, Emma was named after Jane Doe's aunts.

Is that comma use {above} correct? Likewise, is the use of the apostrophe in both words correct? Please advise.

I would not use commas for so short an appositive construction. Only the last name needs the apostrophe. Emma is named after two of her grandmother Jane Doe's aunts.
