How to use "be prone to"????
Can i say "food is prone to expiration" or "food is prone to be expired" ?? what is the structure of be prone to? be prone to + Noun // be prone to + Ving or what? please help!!!

No. That is not the correct usage. And please never use "i" when you mean yourself.
