I don't know how to use 'however', 'although' and 'though' correctly in a sentence. (Always capitalise I.)

However:

An adverb with two main uses:

To modify another adjective/adverb.
We cannot afford to postpone necessary actions, however difficult, in the future.

As a sentence adverbial/conjunct:

Two positions of however in a sentence:
There was ,however, one important difference.
However, they may not agree with us.

Though:

Conjunction:

We could try to mail her before we go, though we might miss the bus if we do so.

Adverb:

We use though as an adverb to mean however.
John was buying cotton. The prices were high though.

Although:
The form although can replace though. The only difference is that although is more formal. Although is also more forceful than though.
