How to understand USA and UK fast accent while speaking

I'm working in international company. People here are from UK and USA. I cannot understand their fast accent. They speak too fast. I'm not able to catch their words but when other Asians speak I can understand good.

Could you please advise me how to understand UK and USA fast English accent?
