How to tell your experience

Could you tell me which one is right among the following sentences if the speaker say it before trying sushi? Also, which one is right if the speaker say it after trying sushi? In case of the former, I guess A is right while, in case of the latter, B and C are right. Thank you in advance.

A. This is my first time to eat sushi.

B. This is my first time eating sushi.

C. This is my first time I have eaten sushi.
