How to tell customer about not to give discount

Hi,

Curretly we are executing a project using one technology, but as per SOW the technology is different. During the initial stage customer asked for a change in technology and we did it accordingly. But now he is asking us for a reduction in price.

I want to tell him that it is not possible as lot of delays from his side. any suggestion on how to approach?
