How to talk about the availability of next week

I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know which of the following sentences are grammatically correct. In fact I don't know what type of grammar rules that I need to read to understand such situations as I find it difficult to express my feelings under such circumstances. Therefore, could someone please tell me what are the grammar names that I need to search to understand the orders and related prepositions of the following scenario. In addition, please recommend some links to read if it is feasible.

I will be available next week in evenings.

I will be available next week evenings.

I will be available in evenings next week.

I don't know of any links, but everything should be all right if you just remember these two ways of saying it. I will be available ... every evening next week.
