HOW to start when writing email to someone?

Hello! I'm a new member here.I have a question please, I want some little help about writing an email. When i want to write an email for someone i don't know, for example I saw an interested course by searching in the internet and i decided to apply, i write email to ask for more information about the course. The question is here now, HOW I have to start writing the email, like always when i write email I say hello and start asking the question &lt; is it the write way to write email OR there is another way?!!. Sorry for Prolongation and accept my greetings. I want someone to bother themself to correct my writng MISTAKS ,,PlsLooking forward for the reply. Thanks for ur time. S.A.

The pronoun 'I' is always a capital.

Don't use short forms like u or ur. Those are just for text messaging on your phone

In answer to your question, you don't always have to say 'hello'.

You can just start with eg

I would be grateful for more infomation about . . . .
