How to spell the first syllable of "casual"?

The word "casual" is sometimes shortened, for example, "The dress code is smart/casual" might become "The dress code is smart/cas". But how to spell this first syllable of "casual"? Should one use a "zh" or is there some other accepted form?

Many thanks in advance,

I suggest you not try to write it. It's one thing to say it, but some spoken shorthand was never meant to be captured in writing. If I read smart/cas or smart/cazh, I would think someone made typign mistake and wouldn't understand what was meant at all.

Noooooooo! (sorry, misspelling for dramatic effect) It's quite acceptable to need to spell popular pronunciation for many reasons - being ironic for one, expression of a particular character for another.

When using phonetics you would spell it Ka3ual so Ka3 would be the short version

I suggest you do write it #banter #kajh

Most native speakers would have no idea what Ka3 or #banter #kajh were supposed to mean.
