how to speak with out thinking

I ve a problem when someone talk to me in english spedially native speakers talk to me mostof the time i need time to orgnize what i wanna say i ve to think i mean it takes me time to answer
or i made a mistake when i try to answer immidately what would u suggest me

I would suggest making a list of common phrases. Focus especially on phrases that will be useful to you in your own life. Be absolutely sure that they are grammatically correct. Practice saying them aloud again and again and again until they become automatic. Once you are comfortable with those, try more phrases and longer phrases. Learning one word at a time won't help your fluency.

Memorizing phrases and idioms is not helpful i think. first of all you must have enough self-confidence to speak in English even if you know you are going to make grammar mistakes. and then, you'll be able to speak anything you want just practice your english. speak to your self if you don't find anyone to speak with. learning a language is not an easy thing to do in few months it takes years of p

You're very lucky indeed. Not everyone has a chance to speak directly with native speakers. I have to pay, like $7 just to chat or learn english from NS for about one and half hour. And I think maybe it's better to spend like 2 years live in some country with english as main language so I can learn it swiftly.
