How to speak cockney accent?

Question

I can speak two accents of English now RP (Standard Southern Accent) and Posh. My RP is ok now. I can speak Posh (nearly perfect). Now I want to speak cockney accent. Any ideas?

Just don't learn from **** Van **** in the Marry Poppins film. His attempted accent in that is the standard for how not to speak like a Cockney.
