how to search effetively for sentences

Hi,

If I want to see some good examples of sentences that contain certain phrases or words in question or find out how many sentences in the web collection have that particular phrase or word, what websites are there for me to use (go to)?

I think one obvious option is google.com and there seem to be some other good web sources too. (Does the newspaper, the New York Times, give help or offer assistance in this regard too?)

com They are all very good. Just put your phrase inside question marks: "this is what I want to search" or otherwise the words will be searched for individually.
