How to say with seller ?

I found a new smoothie drink bar opened next to my house.

I didn't know anything about this kind of drink before and I have no idea how to order it correctly.

How can I say to the seller ?

Is it okay to say this...

Or you can point to two different drinks and ask what the difference is. When you have decided, you simply say, "I'll have one of these", indicating which one you want.

Let's say I don't have any menu in my hand. I just recognize that this is a new smoothie drink bar. That's it.

How can I say for the first time if I want to know every types of promotions or minor details to make me decide easily and quickly.

Just want them to explain a little overview.

As quickly as possible.
With great difficulty because they're not very popular.
Through advertising.
