You have not parsed the sentence correctly. Consider it this way.

Other questions that bloggers commonly ask,

but (that they should not be concerned with) (as much) include ...

'to be concerned with something' means to be interested in it, involved with it.

eg Mary is concerned with her church choir (ishe sings with it).

Now consider these further examples.

eg Mary is concerned with it a lot.

eg Her husband, Tom, is not concerened with it as much (as Mary is concerned with it).

Phrases like 'a lot' and 'as much' just indicate the degree of concern.

The relevant part of your original sentence just means that bloggers should not be as interested in these questions as they are.

It's a picky point, but I think "as much" means "as much as they are with the question mentioned earlier", rather than just "as much as they are".

I dug out the original(?) at http://writetodone.com/2009/04/23/essential-blogging-question-how-can-you-help-your-readers-today/ which also explains the (to me) curious use of "concern with" as possibly an error in transcription. The original has "concern themselves with". Or is "concern with" OK to some people?

Context certainly helps.

'Concern with' certainly seems wrong.

That's why I proposed changing it to 'be concerned with'.

I am sorry... yes this is my mistake in copying the words.

The correct words should be "concern themselves with as much" like the original.
Many thanks to Mr Wordy for taking time doing some research of original website.

At first reading the sentence, actually it was quite clear to me about the meaning of words 'concern themselves with as much'.
I am interested in the way the sentence was constructed especially at the 'concern themselves with as much' part. It is an interesting sentence for me as a novice english learner so that I am kind of think how to say this in another form of sentence, a sentence that basic english learner like me can easily get the meaning.
But when posting, it happened to be wrong in copying the words so that it led to a different interpretation. It's my mistake, I apologize...

I am still curious how to say this in another words, would you be so kind to help me make another form of sentence that say the same meaning?

Any help would be appreciated.
