How to say these ideas in English
Dear friends
I am translating something for my boss. It's like a declaration from his housemaid that she has received her sallary for three years and I need quick help to translate the following statements into English:
It should start something like this
" I am the undersigned "so and so" I confirm that I received an amount of USD .... "
is this statement correct ? Is there a better start?
at the end there should be a statement to the effect that she signs and put her fingerprint on the paper as an evidence of her agreement
she started work on 20/10/2002 with an advance payment of USD600, her monthly wage is USD 150, so her is to be paid or due after 4 months "
how can say this in good English?
