How to say these 2 sentences please?

How would you say these 2 sentences? Are both possibilities correct?

The only person to whom I give money is her/I give money to is her.
I never seen someone shower so long/take that long a shower.

I would say:-

She is the only person (that) I ever give money to.
I have never known anyone take that long in the shower.

(Unless you are in the habit of watching people shower in which case replace "known" with "seen")
