How to say the following situation?

Hello teachers,

Could you please answer my question. If there is someone standing on a chair or at the top of a ladder, and I want him to come down. What should I say? Are the following statements correct? I made them up, by the way. If there is a better term, please provide it.

1. Get off the chair, please.

2. Get off the ladder, please.

3. Come down, please.

4. Come to the bottom, please.

5. Come to the ground, please.

Thank you
