How to say the following sentences in native speaking in common restaurant conversation

1. When customers come in, I want to tell them to find their table first (anywhere they want to seat.) After that, they can come to order counter to place orders:
Hello! How are you? Please find a seat. When you are ready, you can come to order.

2. When they finish eating, they should return the utensils to the collection area:
Please return your tray to the return stations when you finish your meal.

If there are no common expressions for these in native speaking, alternative ways of similar meanings would be helpful too.
