How to say something that appears suddenly and disappears very quickly?

Normally the piano sells for $1000 but sometimes it has shocking deals for $200 but it will disappear quickly

<< Is this sentence written correctly? I don't feel good. Any better way to rewrite it?

Sound very odd to me to use "disappear" but I cannot think of another better word, but I'd like to mean that the price of $200 only appears for a very short time and the seller or merchant will rise it up again very quickly

Normally the piano sells for $1000 but sometimes you can find it at a deep discount for $200. You have to act quickly because supplies are usually extremely limited.
