How to say something

I'm trying to figure out what verb to use in this sentence.

This ratio is spoke "five to one".

I'm not sure if it should be "spoke as" or "spoken as" or what.

The concept I'm trying to convey is how a person speaks the written ratio 5:1.

Thanks.
