How to say (max) to some date?

Hi guys, need very fast advice about english. When I speak about deadlines,, how it say: it will be done to next week, for example. Could I say like this: "at least by next week"? Thank you very much for simple advice

I suppose you could say it that way. Might be better to be definite and say something like "It needs to be finished by next week."
