How to say like a native speaker?

How to say this like a native English speaker?

The weather is too hot today. - Is that right?
It is sunny today. - Is that formal?!

I want to say that the whether is too hot because it is summer. Can you help me?

A native speaker, at least around here (near Philadelphia), wouldn't use "weather" like that. " We (same as before) use contractions in speech all the time. "It's sunny today" is normal.

A native speaker, at least around here (near Philadelphia), wouldn't use "weather" like that. We use "out" for that, meaning "outside", adverb: "It's too hot out today."

We (same as before) use contractions in speech all the time. "It's sunny today" is normal.
