How to say it right

Hi teachers,

Do they sound natural?

1. Don't hang your head while you are reading books at your desk. Relax your shoulders.

2. Pull up a chair to the bathroom sink. Sit down and hang your head back over the sink and I'll pour some water over your hair to get rid of the paint.

Thanks

Thanks

I don't understand what you mean by "like now related iPhone users". The expression "hang one's head" is often used figuratively to refer to feelings of despondency or shame. In your case, I thought you were using it literally. That is what my comment re

Hi GPY,

Thanks for your time. Maybe I'll rephrase the sentence, so you can correct it.

Please don't hunch and keep your head straight while doing your homework at your desk.

"Please sit up straight" is the usual way of saying what you probably mean.
