What do we call the action of moving files from one part of a hard drive to another because of the mess on it and putting them in the right folders (for example, if there are many books that have to be in separate folders such as "history books" or "thrillers" or if there are mp3's that have to be categorized according to the genre they represent etc.)

Can I say:

I'm cleaning my hdd. ?
