How to say it like a native?

ARe these all correct?

your discussion on "tea" reminds me of the "tea" in French sounds very much like Taiwanese "tea".

Your discussion on "tea" reminds me of the "tea" in French THAT sounds very much like THE Taiwanese "tea."

How would you say it?

The first is incorrect because of the missing 'that'; the second is fine, with or without the 'the's. I would probably say the second sentence, pretty much verbatim.
