"How to say it best" or "How to best say it"

Hey!
I have a question concerning word order:
do you say
"How to say it best (in English)" or "How to best say it (in English)"
Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Pierre

Hi, Pierre, We mustn't leave out "How best to say it (in English)" This would be my choice. I'd say they're all okay. Some people would prefer not to split the infinitive.
